Darylann Low, Nutritionist

Darylann is a Holistic Nutritionist with over a decade of experience helping clients fuel their bodies for both wellness and performance. With a background in CrossFit, track and bodybuilding, she supports recovery, sleep, hormonal balance, and women’s health—including menstrual cycle and pre/postnatal care. She works with both men and women to optimize performance, recovery, and overall well-being.

She is certified in Mat Pilates and holds a 4-year Diploma in Holistic Nutrition from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. Darylann takes a whole-person approach to health, emphasizing whole foods, personalized supplement protocols, and sustainable lifestyle changes. She also offers in-home meal prep support to make healthy living practical and achievable.

Jordan Curts, Coach

Jordan Curts is a lifelong athlete with over a decade of experience in bodybuilding and athletic performance. As both a coach and a parent, he knows firsthand how demanding life can be — but also knows the power of prioritizing fitness. 

His mission is to help people of all ages and backgrounds, unlock their strength, build confidence, and create sustainable habits that fuel a healthier, stronger, and more energized life. You can find him here.

Ariel White, Coach

Ariel White is a coach and athlete who believes health is the most valuable investment we can make in ourselves. With over a decade in strength and endurance sports, she has competed in more than 50 races-from 5km road runs to 30km+ trail events, as well as multiple international HYROX competitions.

Her athletic background spans bodybuilding, CrossFit, and endurance running, and she holds certifications in Strength & Conditioning (L1/L2), CanFitPro Personal Training, Keiser Spin, Sports Nutrition, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
