Cody Sahlstrom, Founder + Head Coach
A dynamic multi-sport athlete and coach, Cody is dedicated to empowering others to achieve their optimal athleticism and fitness goals. As a Ex-professional Ironman athlete and sub-3-hour marathoner, Cody combines his passion for endurance sports with his expertise as a strength and conditioning coach.
Cody’s athletic history includes competing in Boxing, winning BC Golden Gloves, raced in DH MTB, qualified to represent Team Canada at ITU Worlds and has raced dozens of Olympic 70.3’s + completed 3 Ironman’s at a professional level.
His experience extends to social media management, where he shares his insights and motivates a community of athletic-minded individuals. Cody supports people of all levels in reaching new heights in performance, personal growth and encourages them to step into their full potential.
Jordan Curts, Strength Coach
Jord is a lifelong athlete with over a decade of experience in bodybuilding and athletic performance. He has also competed in a half marathon and a HYROX race, bringing real-world endurance and hybrid training experience into his coaching. As both a coach and a parent, Jordan knows firsthand how demanding life can be — and the power of prioritizing fitness.
His mission is to help people of all ages and backgrounds unlock their strength, build confidence, and build sustainable habits that fuel a healthier, stronger, and more energized life
Ariel White, Strength Coach
Ariel is a coach and athlete who believes health is the most valuable investment we can make in ourselves. With over a decade in strength and endurance sports, she has competed in more than 50 races-from 5km road runs to 30km+ trail events, as well as multiple international HYROX competitions.
Her athletic background spans bodybuilding, CrossFit, and endurance running, and she holds certifications in Strength & Conditioning (L1/L2), CanFitPro Personal Training, Keiser Spin, Sports Nutrition, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Her mission is simple: to help everyday athletes push their edges, unlock their potential, and realize just how much they're capable of.
Amado Acosta, Strength/HYROX Coach
Amado is an athlete and coach with a competitive background in basketball and soccer, later transitioning into strength training and endurance sports. A certified personal trainer through ISSA, Amado is an accomplished HYROX athlete, having earned 1st place in HYROX Doubles in both Vancouver and Toronto, 2nd place in HYROX Vancouver (Solo), and 2nd place in PRO Doubles in Las Vegas. In 2026, he qualified for the HYROX World Championships in Stockholm, Sweden, where he competed in the PRO Doubles division alongside his partner, Cody, finishing 80th overall among the world's top teams.
His coaching philosophy centers on training like an athlete—building endurance, strength, consistency, and mental resilience. Passionate about performance and community, Amado helps clients push beyond their limits and carry the confidence built through training into everyday life.
Alex Tribe, Boxing Coach
Alex Tribe began training in martial arts at just 8 years old under renowned coach Stan Peterec at Peterec’s Martial Arts. By 14, he was actively competing and went on to have 19 kickboxing fights, including one full Muay Thai. He won the Canadian ISKA light middleweight Canadian title, super welterweight IKF Canadian title, as well as a welterweight Westcoast promotions title. At age 24, after years of dedication and competition, he earned his black belt under Stan.
After a short break from fighting, Alex transitioned into boxing under respected coach Jason Heit. Over the course of his amateur boxing career, he competed in 20 bouts, winning gold at the provincial championships and representing at nationals twice. His skills took him abroad, where he fought in Ireland, the United States, and Mexico.
Alex eventually made the leap to the professional ranks and has since competed in two pro boxing matches, continuing to build his career at the elite level.
In addition to competing, Alex has always had a passion for coaching. He began teaching group classes at 17 and, for the past four years, has focused on private training out of his home gym, TribeStrong. His approach blends technical expertise with real fight experience, helping athletes of all disciplines including mma/kickboxing/thai-boxing and boxing of all levels reach their full potential—physically and mentally.
